Calendar is updated as soon as a party is booked.
The Xbox party service is a weekend only operated business since most client's events are held during the weekends (Saturday and Sunday only). Please review our calendar to make sure your day is available.
Please allow two hours between bookings. For example, if you see a booking in the calendar for the hours of 2:00pm-4:00pm, please request your party to be 10:00am-12:00pm or 6:00pm-8:00pm. This will allow the tech to have enough time to load/unload equipment and drive time between bookings.
